ScreenPrintingScreen printing is the most effective process for customizing apparel for your company or brand. There are many different methods for putting a custom graphic on apparel but screen printing will give you the best overall print. Screen printed garments are vibrant and durable and will last many years.
The process begins in the art room. You send us your idea, we make it a reality. We’ll create a mockup with each order, so you know exactly what to expect before entering production. If you already have your artwork, we will need it to be in AI or a High-Resolution JPEG or PDF. In order to get started we’ll need to know a little about your order… How many shirts will you need? How many colors are in the artwork. Will it be printed on the front, on the back or multiple locations? Do you have a particular shirt brand you’d prefer or will a basic tee work? T-Shirts vary a good bit. Things to look for when deciding on a custom t-shirt are the weight of the shirt and the blend of the material. Standard classic fit t-shirts usually are weighted in the 5 oz to 6 oz range. Their blend will be 100% cotton or a 50/50 cotton poly make up. Recently, lightweight custom t-shirts have become popular. Their weights usually range from 3.5oz to 4.5oz. These t-shirts can be 100% ringspun cotton or a variety of blends. Triblend t-shirts. for example, are made up of cotton, polyester and rayon. These t-shirts are incredibly soft and are not as prone to shrinking as other lightwight t-shirts. A question you should ask yourself is “which type of shirt do I want? A lightweight slimmer fit t-shirt or the classic heavier more universal fitted t-shirt”? Knowing the difference between shirts will make the process faster and you’re more likely to end up with that perfect custom t-shirt order. If you have no idea which shirt to go with we can guide you in the right direction for your project! |

With the vast array of material options as well as colors, these durable decals are a budget friendly way to promote your logo. TRANSFERS - We also offer DTF transfers. DTF means Direct-to-film. This references a type of printer that prints the design directly to the transfer film, and then is heat pressed onto various garments and other substrates. This method can be used for just about any clothing type and creates a transfer that feels like a soft vinyl transfer. DTF is great for small print runs of just a few shirts, difficult substrates like backpacks, or to utilize all the colors of the rainbow with just one film. |
